Refund and Returns Policy

At Hodecoro, we strive to provide you with high-quality home decor products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: Returns are accepted if your product arrives damaged or not in proper condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
  2. Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 5 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original packaging, including all tags and stickers.
  • The product should be unused and in resalable condition.

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 working days after you receive the return authorization.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that do not meet the above conditions.
